At Caldic we consider innovation as the catalyst to growth. It concerns innovation in all aspects of our economy and our businesses, Paul Veth, Director Business Development Food, explained in his speech during the Awards Ceremony. For a distributor such as Caldic it means that there needs to be constant innovation in the field of procurement, selection of principals and ingredients globally, development of applications with sourced ingredients that satisfy market needs and trends, training of our employees, technical support to customers, establishment of research laboratories and pilot plants and in our logistical and production services we offer to our customers. In other words, we must be innovative in all aspects of our business. In accordance to this vision some of our partners were nominated for the Excellence Awards. To be the headline sponsor of this high profile and well organised event was a very logical step for Caldic.
