Tannase 759P is an enzyme developed to aid the clarification and improve the flavour of tea extracts, especially in the production of iced tea products. Haze and flavour loss is prevented as the Tannase 759P hydrolyses the tannins in the tea, leaving the end product bright, flavoursome and attractive.
Tannase 759P is also suitable for a number of other applications such as the production of gallic acid and propylgallate, the stabilisation of wine, the clarification of beer and fruit juices and for the use in the manufacture of coffee and flavoured soft drinks.
